What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator & Social Media Manager position at Levels?
About the Company
Most supplement companies spend more time marketing than making a great product. We do the opposite. Levels was built on a simple idea: make the cleanest, best-tasting protein possible without cutting corners. No fillers. No unnecessary ingredients. No hype. Just premium protein made for real people. We're growing fast, expanding into major retailers, and building a brand that stands out in a category full of noise. Now we're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help tell that story.
About the Role
This is not a traditional social media manager role. We're not looking for someone whose primary skill is scheduling posts or managing a content calendar. We're looking for a creator. Someone who understands the internet. Someone who lives and breathes content. Someone who can spot trends, develop concepts, write scripts, shoot content, edit videos, create carousels, and publish content that people actually want to watch. You'll be responsible for creating content for both the Levels brand and our founder. You'll take ideas from concept to published post. One day you may be filming content in the office. The next day you may be creating founder content, editing reels, building a mood board for a campaign, writing scripts, or turning a long-form conversation into ten pieces of social content. If you're the type of person who constantly notices great content, saves ideas, studies why things work, and immediately starts thinking about how to make them better, you'll fit right in.
