We are now seeking a dedicated, self-driven National Account Manager to lead the expansion of our client base and manage strategic relationships across the U.S.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth in custom software and AI/ML services
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, Product Heads, Operations leaders)
- Lead client negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain long-term partnerships and grow key accounts across regions and verticals
- Own and manage a national portfolio of high-value accounts
- Generate qualified leads through networking, research, and outreach
- Understand client business models and propose custom tech solutions
- Conduct discovery calls, solution presentations, and demos
- Develop pricing models and proposals in collaboration with leadership
- Provide feedback to the product/tech team based on client needs
- Proven experience (3–6 years) in B2B enterprise sales or account management
- Background in custom software development, SaaS, or AI/ML products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage complex deals from lead to close
- Strong understanding of software development cycles, project scopes, and client delivery
- Highly self-motivated, self-learner, and able to operate independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re not just closing deals, you’re building a business
- Experience selling to industries like rideshare, logistics, fintech, or healthtech
- Familiarity with AI pricing models, APIs, or cloud deployments
- A strong personal network of potential enterprise clients
- Previous experience in a remote or startup environment
