- Balanced Workload: ~50 hours/week max during busy season, 30–35 hours outside of it
- Autonomy & Ownership: Manage your own book of ~50 clients
- Variety & Impact: Blend of tax and client accounting services (CAS)

- Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ~50 clients across various industries
- Oversee and review tax compliance (individual, corporate, partnership)
- Provide hands-on Client Accounting Services (CAS), including financial reporting and advisory
- Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver proactive guidance to clients
- Mentor and support junior staff as needed
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client strategy and process improvements
- CPA license (or actively pursuing)
- 5 years of public accounting experience
- Strong background in both tax and client accounting/advisory services
- Ability to manage client relationships independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a firm
