In this role, you’ll lead client engagements involving complex tax structures, manage and mentor a talented tax team, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s continued growth and evolution — while enjoying a supportive, balanced work environment. There is also a clear path to Partnership down the line if that is of interest.What You’ll DoManage and review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returnsProvide proactive tax planning and strategic guidance to clients with intricate financial and business structuresOversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting growth and technical excellenceCollaborate with firm partners on client strategy, new opportunities, and process improvementsStay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and staffWhat We’re Looking ForCPA license required7 years of progressive tax experience within public accountingStrong technical expertise with complex and multi-entity returnsExcellent leadership, communication, and client management skillsA proactive mindset with a passion for developing others and driving firm successWhy Join UsWe are a well established leading Mid-Size CPA firm in Orlando FL that’s built around sustainability for its clients and for its people.
