Primary Purpose:
Manage/Supervise duties related to cafeteria operations, including daily documentation, preparing food orders, processing production records, monthly inventory and learing HACCP procedures. Must be able to prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Training:
Complete training required by the Texas Department of Agriculture annually. This can be conducted by the district's food service department or Region 17 Education Service Center in Lubbock.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions
Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
