- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.

- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional purchases through effective upselling strategies.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing backstock areas.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries from customers over the phone.
- Support the team with basic retail math calculations for transactions and sales reporting to ensure accuracy at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is beneficial.
