About Us
We're adding our 5th location and 3rd in Wichita to the east side of Wichita near 21st and Rock Rd and are looking for therapists for our new location and our downtown location.
Level: Wellness Mind (Gold Winner – Mental Health Service in Best of Wichita, 2023 & 2024) Wichita-grown mental health practice with locations in Wichita, Topeka, and Lawrence, and is expanding with a new Wichita location! We’re proud to provide a clinician-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide mental health therapy to clients navigating a variety of mental health concerns
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Use strengths-focused interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB): LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMLP, or LCP
- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of presenting concerns
- Knowledge of various therapeutic treatments (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, somatic)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
What We Offer
