We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our in-person sales and marketing team in Cincinnati. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers in retail and event environments, introduce telecom solutions, and drive new customer acquisition through consultative sales conversations.
This is an entry-level role with a structured path into leadership. With hands-on training, daily mentorship, and real ownership of results, you’ll develop core skills across sales, marketing, account management, and team leadership. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are driven by performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through in-person sales and marketing initiatives, acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Represent telecom products and services through clear, engaging, and value-driven presentations in retail and event settings.
Build trust-based customer relationships by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Leverage market trends and customer insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with leadership to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales strategy, marketing execution, and leadership development.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in relationship-building and basic negotiation.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fully in-person, customer-facing environment.
Ability to take initiative while collaborating effectively within a team.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management is a plus, but not required.
