Position: Construction Helper (Tile, Painting & Drywall)
Job Description:
Level Up Tile is looking for a dependable and hardworking helper to assist with residential remodeling projects including tile installation, painting, drywall repair, and general job site preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tile installation, including mixing thinset, cutting tile, carrying materials, and cleaning tools.
- Help prepare surfaces for tile, paint, and drywall work.
- Assist with drywall hanging, patching, sanding, and finishing.
- Help with interior and exterior painting projects, including masking, rolling, brushing, and cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Assist with demolition and debris removal when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from lead installer.
Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
