Job Description
Level Up Sourcing LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking Material Handlers to join a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Arlington, TX.
This is a physically demanding position that requires continuous movement and repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume warehouse environment where productivity, accuracy, and attendance are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Unload inbound freight from trucks.
- Sort, stack, and organize merchandise according to designated store locations.
- Accurately stage freight for the next shift to load and distribute to the correct stores.
- Perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the workday.
- Move and organize freight while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Job Requirements
- Must be physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and move continuously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail when sorting and organizing freight.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Must be punctual and ready to begin work at 4:00 AM.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
- Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM or until work is completed
- Workdays: Sunday through Friday, based on assigned schedule
- Hours: 40 scheduled hours per week
