Level Up Foundation Repair is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Foundation Inspector / Structural Consultant to help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments. This is a consultative, in-home sales position where you'll inspect foundation, basement, and crawl space issues, educate homeowners on the cause of their problems, and recommend the best repair solutions.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. We believe in building trust through honest recommendations, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. You'll be provided with qualified leads, industry-leading training, and the tools you need to succeed while enjoying the freedom to manage your schedule and income.

This position offers 100% commission-based compensation, with top performers easily earning $100,000 per year. Duties

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to inspect foundation, basement, crawl space, and structural concerns.
• Perform thorough home inspections, take measurements, photographs, and document findings accurately.
• Diagnose foundation and moisture-related issues and recommend the best repair solutions based on the home's specific needs.
• Educate homeowners on the cause of their issues, explain the recommended repair process, and help them understand the "what, why, and how" of the proposed solution.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process, from the initial inspection through project completion.
• Follow up with homeowners before, during, and after installation to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build trust by providing honest recommendations and never recommending unnecessary repairs.
• Answer customer calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with office staff, project managers, and installation crews to ensure projects are scheduled and completed smoothly.
• Maintain detailed customer notes and update CRM software with inspection findings, communications, and project status.
• Drive to appointments throughout our service area while maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on company products, installation methods, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
• Represent Level Up Foundation Repair with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• Assist with collecting necessary documentation, financing information, and signed agreements when applicable.
• Ensure all required inspection reports, measurements, and job details are complete and accurate before submitting projects for scheduling.
• Occasionally attend home shows, community events, networking opportunities, or company meetings to promote the business and build relationships.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the continued growth and success of the company.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners in their homes.
• Basic construction knowledge or experience in the residential construction industry.
• Ability to inspect homes and identify structural or moisture-related concerns after training.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic computer software.
• Ability to climb stairs, access crawl spaces, basements, and uneven terrain.
• Willingness to travel throughout our service area.
• Ability to accurately measure, document findings, and prepare estimates.
• Honest, ethical, and customer-focused approach to sales.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or crawl space repair.
• Previous in-home sales experience.
• Home inspection experience.
• Residential construction experience.
• Experience reading blueprints or construction plans.
• CRM software experience.
• Knowledge of moisture control, drainage, or structural systems.
