Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
- Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Serve as a team player by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and assisting with customer requests when needed
- Help with banquet setup and service during special events or large functions
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Uphold food safety standards at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
