Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality output. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a safety-first culture, and support continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Duties

• Supervise all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient operations
• Enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols
• Coordinate with teams to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
• Implement and monitor manufacturing procedures aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workspaces, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Lead training sessions on mechanical knowledge, safety standards, and proper use of heavy lifting techniques
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role in a production environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to production facilities, including PPE use and heavy lifting protocols
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and best practices for quality assurance
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for process optimization
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the role
• Pay based on experience
