What You'll Do
- Travel to customer locations using company vehicles
- Install foundation and concrete repair solutions using company-approved methods
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for installations
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professionalism and quality workmanship
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, kneel, crawl, and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel as needed for scheduled projects
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in construction trades or related field
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Foundation, concrete, excavation, or general construction experience is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Ability to commute to Monroe, LA 71203
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- This is an in-person position
