We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Test Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying electronic circuit boards, components, and assemblies to ensure they meet required quality standards and performance specifications.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to producing reliable, high-quality electronic products.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing and inspection of electronic circuit boards, components, and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits and identify faults using appropriate test equipment.
- Use electronic test instruments, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Follow established test procedures, technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.
- Identify, document, and report test failures, defects, and non-conformances.
- Assist with fault diagnosis, rework, and corrective actions where required.
- Maintain accurate test records and ensure all results are properly documented.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing processes and product reliability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or a related technical role is preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and circuit board assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment and measurement techniques.
- Strong fault-finding, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hourly pay rate is $21-23/hr BOE with competitive benefits offered after the probationary period.
