We are hiring a qualified B2B outside sales representative - We specialize in residential and commercial rebuilds that services throughout the Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough County area with our corporate office located in Pasco.This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic territory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in direct sales, lead generation, and product demonstrations within a fast-paced environment dedicated to customer service excellence.


Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am standard schedule with reporting the main office a couple days a week.


Compensation base pay is $60,000-$70,000K plus commission opportunities.


There are commission opportunities that allow for an uncapped earning potential and competitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, PTO and company vehicle are offered.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and upselling where appropriate
  • Development of Emergency Ready Plan
  • Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales potential across designated regions
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for B2B sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of management principles, business development strategies, and account management techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively in various settings
  • Demonstrated skills in cold calling, lead generation, upselling, and direct sales approaches
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market analysis for strategic planning
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple territories efficiently
