QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current CRT / Certified Radiologic Technologist license
- CT experience required
- Leadership experience required
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Manager of Diagnostic Imaging Procedures to oversee the daily operations of Imaging Services and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care delivery.
This is a working manager position
ROLE:
- Oversee daily imaging operations for X‑Ray and CT services
- Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance
- Partner with the Director to optimize workflows, staffing, and productivity
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state, local, and Joint Commission standards
- Manage budgets, equipment readiness, and inventory
- Collaborate with lead technologists to improve scheduling and turnaround times
- Foster a positive, engaged team culture
- Support ongoing staff training and development
