The Customer Care Technician works closely with our Warranty Coordinator, who manages scheduling, homeowner appointments, and trade partner coordination. The technician’s primary responsibility is to evaluate concerns in the field, complete repairs when appropriate, document findings, and communicate any additional needs back to the Warranty Coordinator for follow-up.
If you’re passionate about quality, problem-solving, and helping people feel confident in their homes, we’d love to hear from you.

- Clearly document inspection findings, repair needs, completed work, photos, and follow-up items using an iPad and mobile software.
- Perform light repairs as needed, including drywall, painting, trim, caulking, hardware, and other general home repairs.
- Communicate findings and any additional repair needs to the Warranty Coordinator so proper follow-up can be arranged.
- Provide homeowners with clear and professional explanations regarding completed work and basic home maintenance.
- Provide guidance to homeowners on the proper operation and maintenance of their home and its systems.
- Complete assigned warranty service requests accurately and in a timely manner.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, an iPad, and mobile technology; ability to complete digital documentation efficiently.
- Ability to take clear photos and accurately document field conditions.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- A company work vehicle is provided for business-related travel during the workday.
