The Role
As a Business Management Intern, you will work alongside our account teams to support the financial health of our high-profile clients. This isn’t just about filing papers; you’ll gain a front-row seat to how the music industry operates behind the scenes, from tour accounting to royalty tracking.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Support: Assist with accounts payable/receivable and data entry for artist accounts.
- Tour Accounting: Help track tour expenses, per diems, and nightly settlements to ensure life on the road stays on budget.
- Royalty Management: Support the team in organizing and reviewing royalty statements from streaming, publishing, and physical sales.
- Administrative Excellence: Assist with document management, scanning, and digital filing to keep client records audit-ready.
- Special Projects: Tackle research projects related to industry trends, tax compliance, or insurance for touring entities.
