Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently, utilizing all tools and equipment in accordance with the company safety policy
- Ability to run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc)
- Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints
- The development and training of crew members
- Collaboration with the Operations Manager for landscaping installations
- Performs routine job site inspections
- Assures the quality and timely completion of all daily tasks assigned
- Communicate production goals with crew members
- Track and record all job expenses, including materials and labor
- Assists the Operations Manager with the management of subcontractors as needed
- Solves technical issues on as-built projects
- Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff
Salary: $21-$28.85 per hour (based upon experience)
