• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass applicable background and driving record checks.

• Pay: $28–$35/hour depending on experience (subject to confirmation).
• Employment: Full-time, W-2.

We're not a large corporate operation. We're a locally owned company focused on building a strong team and delivering quality work.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of projects, work directly with leadership, and help shape our field operations as we grow.

Advancement opportunities may include Field Supervisor, Production Manager, or Estimator roles as the company expands.

If you're an experienced construction foreman or crew leader looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
