Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Lead Carpenter with a strong background in finish carpentry and renovations. The ideal candidate will have Remodel experience in both residential and commercial projects, leading teams to ensure exceptional craftsmanship. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse team members and clients. Carpenter must have all the tools required for renovations. This is not a supervisor position, this is a hands-on Lead Carpentry position with guys at different skill levels to manage and teach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise carpentry teams on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Execute Framing, drywall and finish carpentry tasks, including trim work, cabinetry, and detailed installations.
- Supervise renovation projects from start to finish, maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project specifications. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Finish carpentry and renovation projects.
- Experience in both residential and commercial construction settings.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
