This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.Responsibilities:- Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)- Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently- Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items- Support hiring operations and onboarding- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences- Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliancePlan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scalesQualifications:- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment- Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities- Strong organization, communication, and judgment- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership- Comfortable working in-office with leadershipWhy Level AI: - High-impact, founder-facing role- Broad ownership and visibility- Competitive compensation and benefits- Opportunity to grow with a category-defining AI companyWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
