Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Atlanta Region

Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy! BCBA's create treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervise RBT's in treatment implementation, and provide caregivers with guidance and support. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
• Create comprehensive treatment plans including function based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
• Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in implementation of treatment plans
• Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
• Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of client's progress on our data collection platform
• Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
• Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure
• Current malpractice insurance
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
• Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
• Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel
