Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Sachse, TX, for a Senior Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of retail construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating logistics, supervising project timelines, and ensuring all project facets meet compliance and quality standards. The successful candidate will also liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to foster smooth communication and project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management and Scheduling, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software tools and construction industry technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the high-end retail construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Adobe & Microsoft Project
- Develop detailed project schedules using Project
- Ability to check and understand MEP drawings.
