We are entering a significant growth phase and are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout Southern California and support our long-term growth strategy.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will serve as the face of Level 3 Construction in the Southern California market. The primary responsibility is developing and maintaining relationships with developers, architects, owners, affordable housing organizations, hotel ownership groups, property management companies, real estate investment firms, commercial brokers, and industry influencers.
This role is heavily relationship-based and requires regular in-person meetings, networking events, industry conferences, and market engagement.
Primary Responsibilities

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Generate negotiated and invited opportunities.
• Identify projects before formal procurement.
• Develop strategic accounts and long-term partnerships.
