About the Role
Levco is seeking a Workplace Operations Coordinator to help ensure our team, workplace, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role sits at the center of Levco’s internal operations, supporting employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, workplace organization, and administrative execution. The position focuses on creating a well-run, organized, and welcoming environment where employees and members can do their best work.
You will help coordinate the behind-the-scenes systems that support our people and our workplace, from welcoming new hires and supporting recruiting efforts to maintaining organized office operations and ensuring internal processes stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Team Operations
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees across departments
- Support recruiting logistics, including phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee documentation
- Maintain internal records, trackers, and operational systems
- Help ensure onboarding and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
Office & Workplace Coordination
- Support building tours and member onboarding
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace environment
- Coordinate shared office logistics
- Serve as a reliable internal point of coordination for day-to-day workplace needs
- Assist with internal communications and general administrative support
Administrative & Operational Support
- Track key administrative deadlines and follow-ups
- Support leadership with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, recruiting support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM or internal systems)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Schedule & Work Environment

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
