Key Responsibilities
Customer Service, Relationship Management & Sales
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct timely follow-up and reminder calls to maintain customer engagement, ensure a seamless experience, and support sales and retention.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy, identify comfort and system-related needs, and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s needs.
- Present and promote Levco’s products and services through thoughtful, solution-oriented communication via phone and email.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on customer inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities to support monthly sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that strengthen trust, loyalty, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to better serve existing customers through additional Levco products and services.
- Review and analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish goals and support sales and customer experience initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across departments to coordinate customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through service completion.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of Sales Experience
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
