CAD Design Drafting & Windchill Supervisor

Position Objective:Manage international Windchill documentation system including the management of member, groups, roles and the many data types that make up the whole of the international organization's documentation needs. Lead efforts to improve Windchill workflow, procedures, and standards to allow for efficient creation and processing of Windchill documents with minimal Admin intervention. Provide training on Windchill, Creo and Autocad to Tulsa Engineering department as required. Supervise and manage Tulsa Designers to ensure efficient creation and processing of documents to support Engineering projects/products.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all activities related to international Document Control system (Windchill)Manage Windchill access control rules per given policy.Manage international Windchill organization folders, cabinets and documentsDevelop, manage, and improve standards, procedures, and workflow related to Windchill to improve process efficiencyDevelop, manage, and improve ECR/ECN workflow to improve process efficiencyManage Codification between US and Russian parts in 1CManage international Windchill classifications/attributesManage Windchill teams (international)Provide training and support for new and existing Windchill usersCoordinate international Windchill records/activities with Russian WindchillAnswer Engineering ticketsManage and coordinate all Tulsa Designer activities in support of Tulsa EngineeringMonitor and improve Designer competency and performance with workflows associated with Windchill, Creo, and AutoCadAssign and manage workload for Tulsa Designers; monitor performance against estimatesManage and maintain CAD software portfolio and advise Management when to implement new revisionsProvide training and technical support for CAD software for Tulsa Engineering group.Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalentAssociate's Degree in Design or Engineering Technology, or equivalent years of directly related experienceDrafting Certification from Technical School is preferredExperience:Minimum of 10 years of draftsman/design/layout experience requiredMinimum of 10 years of use of engineering document and PLM software packagesSkills:Ability to follow the company's IMS (in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) policies and procedures at all times Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases Good written and oral communication skillsHandle multiple projects simultaneously with stringent deadlines, and work in an environment, which requires flexibility, innovation, superb customer service skills, and organizationAble to work well with deadlines and excellent organizational skills Proficient with CAD/Drafting software toolsExpert solid modeling skills using PTC-CreoExtensive use of PTC-Windchill
