Responsibilitiys
- Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and effectively.
- Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Maintain precise inventory records through warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts to support inventory accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to manual handling procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support warehouse distribution activities such as stocking shelves, quality control checks, order fulfillment, packaging, and materials handling.
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting machinery.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, packing quantities, and inventory counts.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence while operating heavy equipment or performing manual handling tasks.
- Physical ability to handle heavy lifting tasks regularly and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
