Please Note: This is not a door-to-door sales position, telemarketing role, business-to-business sales position, or remote opportunity.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will support our nonprofit partners by engaging directly with the public, educating community members about important charitable initiatives, and helping secure ongoing support through structured giving programs.
This role is ideal for motivated, outgoing individuals who are interested in developing professional skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and communication while contributing to meaningful causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at events, retail locations, and community sites
- Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations
- Educate community members about partner programs and initiatives
- Promote awareness and encourage public involvement
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve campaign performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
- Interest in community engagement and nonprofit work
- Must be able to work in-person
