Is are seeking to hire a full-time Auto Collision Estimator in our Fort Morgan, Colorado location. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Levander's is a robust collision repair facility with 17 locations in the state of Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, and now Colorado! We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player.
Experience in CCC estimating solutions preferred, auto body estimating, body tech experience, or solid knowledge of vehicles required.
Job Duties:
- Developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Prepare estimate for each vehicle according to insurance guidelines
- Maintain the schedule per vehicle before, during and after completion of repairs
- Complete supplements and communicate that with the customer and insurance partner
- Effectively manage multiple projects independently
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
