Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We need an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who understands this and helps our attorneys find creative ways to get the deal across the finish line while mitigating our client's risk. We operate with extreme urgency, including a strict 24-business-hour response rule for all clients. Do NOT apply if you don’t want to check your emails after 5 pm. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with lender representation matters, loan documentation preparation, and real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and organize real estate legal documents and correspondence
• Manage client files, deadlines, and internal tracking systems
• Assist with the processing and handling of title-related matters
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties via phone and email
• Respond to ALL client communications within 24 business hours.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Support closing preparation and post-closing follow-up as needed
• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to attorneys
• Help improve internal processes and contribute to firm growth

Qualifications:

• 5 experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (real estate or transactional law required)
• Lender representation experience is a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the firm
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident navigating technology, software programs, and document management systems
• Ideally resides in Tampa Bay area
• Willing to adapt to our process and systems
