Position Overview:
We are planning to open a new location in Ithaca and are in search of 5 FULL TIME team members looking join a team where people are empowered to make great money, achieve career growth, and are given the opportunity to work towards opening their own business.
You will be part of ongoing "Open Book Management" training sessions aimed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and ability to launch their own businesses and will have the opportunity to earn a $10,000 Investment after completing a 2 Year Training Program.

As a team member at Lev Kitchen you will get hands on experience working in a scratch kitchen, helping with food prep, food assembly and with customer service.

Compensation:
- $10,000 Investment to launch your own business after Completion of 2 Year Program
- Our Goal is to ensure all Full Time Team Members are taking home a REAL LIVING WAGE and have structured compensation accordingly
- Full Time Team Members are paid $18.50 Per Hour Plus Tips. Tips Add an additional $3-7 Per Hour depending on our weekly volume.
