Automotive Sales Manager/Desking Manager

At Lev Kia of Framingham, we are a family-owned dealership and our company philosophy is to treat our customers like we would like to be treated: with transparency, honesty and quality. As a sales manager in our organization, your responsibility is to help our customers purchase a vehicle by going over pricing, trade values, financing options, lease payments, and everything else that comes with buying a car. You will directly manage a team of sales specialists and will be responsible for training, hiring, and managing the department.

In this role, you will need to:

• Become an expert on all the vehicles and incentives Kia offers
• Have strong writing skills to be able to communicate with customers through email
• Assist salespeople with all aspects of working a new or used car deal
• Be able to appraise a wide variety of trades that may be sent to an auto auction or may be sold as a retail vehicle on the lot
• Work collaboratively with sales, service, parts, and marketing to execute a sales strategy and achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Index
• Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

You should have:

• At least 2 years sales management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or finance related field is preferred but not required
• Enthusiasm and passion for cars
• Strong communication and math skills
• Strong negotiation skills and exceptional closing skills
• Appreciation and understanding of outstanding customer service
• The ability to work with others to advance the vision of the department
• Highly self motivated with energy, passion, and enthusiasm
• Patient, honest, humble, and hardworking
• Great with people

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary plus commission on products sold
