About the role
We are seeking an Implementation Manager to own the experience of our prospects during their pilot programs. You will be the first point of contact for new users, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring they realize value quickly, and helping convert them into long-term customers. You will report directly into our head of Account Management and have the support of cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Customer Onboarding - Help new users get set up and comfortable on the platform. Understand customer goals and tailor the onboarding experience to maximize product adoption.
- Deal Tracking & Assistance - Monitor the performance of the first financing request they launch through Lev to ensure smooth execution. Flag risks, support follow-ups, and step in when needed to help things stay on track.
- Product Education & Engagement - Share updates on new features, answer product questions, and help users get the most value from the platform through regular pilot check-ins and support.
- Integration Support - Work with our technical team to integrate Lev’s data with users’ existing tech stacks.
- Customer Feedback - Capture insights from onboarding conversations and pilot experiences. Surface patterns and suggestions to the Product, AM, and GTM teams to help shape what we build.
The must haves
- 2–4 years in a customer-facing or account support role, ideally in a SaaS or data-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading virtual sessions
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving adoption
- Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them to non-technical users
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple pilots and prospects simultaneously
- Experience in commercial real estate or real estate tech is a plus, but not required

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year
