Élevée is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and fashion-forward Personal Assistant & Lead Sales Associate to work directly alongside the founder of our boutique. This position blends sales leadership, operational support, and brand development, with the opportunity to evolve into a Store Director role as the business continues to expand.
- Drive daily store performance by helping the team meet and exceed sales goals
- Serve as a lead sales associate, delivering exceptional client experiences on the floor
- Assist the founder with delegated administrative and operational tasks
- Monitor and manage the Élevée Concierge email, responding to client inquiries and requests
- Process online orders and fulfillment
- Support inventory management and product merchandising
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and operational organization
- Help plan and execute in-store events and brand partnerships
- Collaborate on product selection and buying decisions
- Provide leadership to staff by supporting team performance and sales goals
