Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, availability, pricing, and promotions
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and adjustments accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly using a solution-oriented approach
- Support sales and account goals by communicating relevant products and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order documentation
- Manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Contribute to customer retention by delivering consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1–3 years of customer service experience, in wholesale, B2B, or distribution environments
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
