Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Pay: $160.00 - $240.00 per day
