Job Overview

LetterStream is actively recruiting for part-time positions as an insert operator at our Scottsdale facility. As the print operator, you’ll be primarily responsible for quality checking mail, supervising and operating automated print equipment (i.e. roll-roll press, envelope press, Ricoh series printers), stocking product, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the floor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and carts
• Retrieving product from warehouse
• Loading paper in trays
• Removing jobs from printer and removing jams
• Quality checking documents and signing off work orders
• Sending files and operating envelope printers
• Navigating the production site, proofing files, and printing documents
• Various other warehousing production tasks
• Qualifications
