We are looking for an experienced Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our team and help grow our wallcoverings and graphics division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl wallcoverings, murals, and large format graphics on a variety of surfaces, including sheetrock, brick, stucco, glass, and specialty substrates.
- Handle both small and large-scale installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret project specs, layouts, and design drawings.
- Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Report job progress and any concerns with management and co-workers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of direct experience installing vinyl graphics and wallcoverings.
- Expert-level skills in applying vinyl to multiple surfaces, including challenging textures.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to problem-solve on site and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for reading design plans and managing workflow.
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle report screening.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to pass a fit for duty test
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in lifted areas above the ground
Working Hours:
- Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
