This is an On-Site position at our New Berlin, WI facility.Let’s get started with your New Year’s resolution to elevate your Printing Career at LPI, Letterhead Press LLC!! LPI provides:  Offset printing, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Digital Enhancement, Die Cutting, Folding and Gluing, Rigid Box manufacturing, and Fulfillment.  This is an On-Site position at our New Berlin, WI facility. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Second Pressman to support production on our newly installed Heidelberg XL 106 UV 8 color press on second shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced print environment, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is committed to producing high‐quality work. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Pressman in the setup, operation, and maintenance of the Heidelberg XL 106 UV pressPrepare materials including plates, inks, coatings, and substratesMonitor print quality throughout the run and make adjustments as neededPerform routine press maintenance and cleaningEnsure accurate documentation of production dataSupport efficient job changeovers and minimize downtimeFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate with the press team to meet production deadlines and quality standardsQualifications:Prior experience as a Second Pressman, Press Assistant, or similar role in offset printing for a minimum of 3 years. Experience with Heidelberg XL series or UV offset printing strongly preferred.  (Komori, KBA etc.)Strong understanding of color, registration, and print quality standardsAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsMechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team environment in a deadline- driven  environment.   Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as neededAbility to read and interpret job tickets, layouts and color guides. Cold foil experience is a plus. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Tolerance to noise and exposure to ink and cleaning chemicals.  Uniforms and laundry service will apply to this role. About LPILPI is a recognized leader in providing customer packaging and graphic finishing solutions.  The company’s service and solutions-based approach is supported by an extensive design and manufacturing platform combined with advanced technology that offers unique, innovative results and assures a speed to market that accommodates even the most complex projects.  www.lpipossibilities.com LPI has an excellent benefits package to offer which includes Company matched 401K, vacation and an on-site fitness room.    Company DescriptionLPI is a recognized leader in providing customer packaging and graphic finishing solutions.
