Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Processor to join our growing team. As part of our data processing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of pledge processing for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately sort, batch, and enter data from gift processing cards into our system.
- Perform lookups and verify information for gift processing cards.
- Run 10-key tapes on pledges, including cash, checks, and credit card information, to ensure proper processing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high accuracy and data integrity in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Blackbaud - Raiser's Edge or Amergent – Portfolio is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Fluency in English is required.
