What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Support Representative position at Letsrev?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (include but are not limited to)
- Provides excellent customer service by prioritizing and addressing customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow up and developing cooperative relationships
- Required to collect payment in person and at drive thru window
- Accurately collects and posts payments
- Completes departmental balancing, reports and assigned tasks accurately and timely
- Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance
- Assists in design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels
- Follows company designated procedures for cash handling and security.
- Assists with special projects as outlined by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Prior customer service or banking experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to proficiently operate personal computer equipment
- Knowledgeable operation of general office equipment such as copier, fax machine and calculator
- Accurate math skills essential in calculating prices and percentages, etc.
