This role requires a strong background in QuickBooks, along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and ready to contribute in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable using QuickBooks
- Assist with copyrighting and documentation processes
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
- Support team members and collaborate effectively in a small office setting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (AR/AP required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
