Part-Time Occupational Therapist

Let’s Talk is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic pediatric team. This fee-for-service position involves providing treatment sessions in our clinic located in West Bridgewater.

We are looking for a candidate with availability on Thursday and Friday afternoons/evenings for treatment sessions, with the potential opportunity to conduct evaluations as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children in our clinic setting.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client.
• Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to assess children’s needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work Monday afternoons/evenings and occasional weekday mornings.

• Previous experience working in a private practice setting and/or conducting evaluations in a private practice setting is highly preferred.
• Previous pediatric experience is required.
