Coordination of all office duties for the faculty in the School of Business and the Department of Computer Science. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision of student workers, including keeping track of student worker time cards and preparing student worker action forms.
- Textbook ordering.
- Receptionist duties such as greeting students, answering phones, processing mail for faculty, and directing visitors to offices.
- Maintain faculty files and syllabi, degree plans and course sequence sheets.
- Assist catalog editor in coordinating changes to the catalog and entering those changes in the computer.
- Preparing check requests, expense reports, vehicle requests, work orders for maintenance, etc.
- Maintaining schedules for faculty, classroom use, and computer lab use.
- Oversee computer labs and student lounge.
- Ordering office supplies and keeping up with copiers and printers.
- Two or more years' experience at the executive secretary level.
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point required, along with a comfort level in working with computers and ability to pick up new computer skills.
- Relate well to students and faculty, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be flexible and able to multi-task.
- Baccalaureate degree preferred, some college
