Lether Law Group is Seattle-based boutique law firm with a national insurance coverage and complex litigation practice, is seeking an attorney at all levels of experience to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Partner with attorneys and team members on a wide range of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
- Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, policy language, and factual records.
- Prepare and respond to discovery, review claims files and case documents, and analyze coverage issues.
- Take and defend depositions; prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and client or expert meetings.
- Participate in trial preparation and contribute to case strategy and execution.

Qualifications
- Experience in insurance coverage and/or civil litigation (preferred).
- Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed to practice in Washington.
