Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinicians
Independent Contractors (1099)
Pay: $70-$100 per hour
Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule | No Mandatory Caseloads
Let’s Talk Counseling LLC is a behavioral health agency serving youth and families throughout Northern New Jersey. We provide short-term, strength-based Intensive In-Community (IIC) services designed to support meaningful and lasting change.

Position Details:
- In-home and community-based services (no remote)
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Work with children, adolescents, and families
- Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling in homes and community settings.
- Support youth and caregivers with behavioral and emotional challenges
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with Child-Family Team (CFT), schools, care managers, DCP&P
- Participate in required clinical supervision
- Complete progress notes and treatment documentation
Requirements:
- Active NJ License: LSW, LAC, LCADC, LCSW & LPC
- At least one year of mental health experience
- Bilingual is preferred not required
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background checks
- Proof of general and professional liability insurance
