We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales/Events/Leagues Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various events, ensuring that every detail aligns with our guests vision and objectives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, guest services, and venue selection.
- Develop event marketing strategies to promote events effectively and drive attendance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from setup to breakdown.
- Contribute and help in the execution of flooring new, fun, short season bowling leagues.
- Hosting/Organizing league bowler appreciation events that build a deeper relationship between Let's Roll and our league bowlers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and during the event itself.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in banquet operations or catering is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing techniques related to event promotion is desirable.
- Ability to upsell services or products related to events when appropriate.
- Familiarity with fundraising initiatives is an advantage.
